We skin, cape, remove horns, freeze capes and deliver meat to the processor as part of our service. Clients are responsible for their own meat processing (about $100 per carcass). Local meat markets will process, make jerky and sausage. If the clients do not want to take the meat back with them, they will be required to cover the cost of processing which runs about $100 per carcass. The meat will then be donated to Hunters Against Hunger program.
Broadus also has local taxidermists that offer a wide range of services.
